What does "Royalty free" mean?
"Royalty-free" does not mean that an image may be used without payment. What it means is that a one-time fee or subscription gives the right to use an image in a publication according to the terms agreed upon, with no license fees being paid for further use.

How or when can i request payout of miy earnings?
Payment of your earnings can be requested at anytime. We honor a request for payment of your earnings when your total earrings are higher than the minimum amount of €10.
Note: All applicable payout transaction costs will be deducted from the accumulated amout

Answers to troubleshooting FAQs:

I have registered to the website, but i don't receive the account activation e-mail
Depending on location, the infrastructure, etc. of the mailserver your internetservice provider, it may take a little longer for the activation e-mail to reach you e-mail client inbox. Please allow for some time for the activation e-mail to arrive (24 hours).

Sometimes the activation e-mail is treated as spam and is deposited in your e-mail client's junkmail folder. Please check your e-mail client's junkmail folder for the account activation e-mail.

I have uploaded photos succesfully, but i don't see my photos anywhere in the system
After uploading your photos, they are checked and approved by a O-Line-Photos administrator. After approval by the O-Line-Photos administrator the system processes the photos and makes them available to you in your "Briefcase" (My account > My briefcase).

Processing of the photos is done by batch four times a day at 0:00 - 6:00 - 12:00 and 18:00 hours (The Netherlands time).

So it is possible that you may not see your uploaded photos appear in your Briefcase right away. in that case please wait untill the photo processing batch has run.
